Donations
Donations made to Mythriya Global Trust (R) are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, as they are used promptly for our charitable programs and receipts may be issued for tax purposes.
If you made a donation by mistake — for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate payment — please email info@mythriyaglobaltrust.org within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction ID, date and amount. After verification, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Refunds cannot be issued once a tax-exemption receipt has been used in a tax filing.
Event Registration Fees
- Registration fees for marathons, dance competitions and other events are non-refundable once the event kit or slot has been allocated, unless stated otherwise on the event page.
- If an event is cancelled by Mythriya Global Trust (R), registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
- If an event is postponed, registrations remain valid for the new date.
Failed Transactions
If money was deducted but the transaction failed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the transaction details.
